1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Text Converter, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you disagree with any aspect of these terms, please do not use our service.
2 Service Description
Text Converter offers online tools to convert text between different capitalization formats. Our service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Text Converter only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not: (a) use the service to process sensitive or confidential data; (b) attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service; (c) bypass security measures; (d) use the service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content; (e) impose an unreasonable load on the service infrastructure. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms.
4 Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, compilation, computer code, software, and other elements of Text Converter are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service without our express written permission.
5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed fifty euros (€50) or the amount paid by you, if any, for using the service in the past six months.
6 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Text Converter, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
7 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other means. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the service.
8 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in our primary jurisdiction. However, this does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
9 General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.
